Condemning Evil Is Not Optional

Evil.jpeg

Both are reprehensible!

When you don’t condemn evil and wrong-doing, there is no room for reform and progress.

Good must win over evil and righteousness will reign over the Earth.

There’s No Shield Against Loneliness

Lonelieness.jpeg

Loneliness is empty, hollow, a panicky void, and depression.

It’s like being in the ocean and feeling so small in its massive depths…almost like drowning.

In the end, you are alone in the universe.

No one can truly feel your pain or joy or experience all of you.

You’re a world unto yourself.

You connect and form relationships with others–there is learning and growth and love and caring in that.

Talking and reaching out and being part of someone and something washes away parts of those scary feelings and creates a greater purpose of being and meaning.

But there is also silence and solitude and the darkness of the night.

And in that there is just the faith in G-d Almighty.

He alone is what comforts us as we stare into the vastness out there as well as the evil and loss that we come face-to-face with and combat in life.

The soldier girds his sword for battle and carries a shield to protect himself.

But there is no shield for the loneliness we experience in life and ultimately in death itself. 😉

Who Are The Real Animals

Elephant.jpeg

So if you want to know who are the real animals in this world…

It’s people!

If you can stomach it, watch this graphic video of elephant taming

The elephant is caged, chained, poked, prodded, beaten, spiked in all the sensitive areas.

It is tortured and left with festering sores and then made to do sickening slave labor.

While animals generally kill for food, people abuse, torture and kill for profit and maniacal enjoyment.

Sometimes, we wonder why G-d punishes the world.

But look at how the world behaves.

Is there no heart or soul in some people?

G-d forgive us for our sins and evil inclinations, and have mercy, and make your people better than this, much better. 😉

Is Man An Angel or Beast

Angel or Beast.jpeg

So is man an angel or a beast?

On one hand, we see small and great acts of love, kindness and generosity.

People feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, donating clothes to the poverty-stricken, and standing up to defend those that are abused, discriminated against, and victimized.

Every day is an opportunity to be a gracious, heavenly angel!

At the same time, we are witness to horrible acts of hate, cruelty and inhumanity.

The strong preying off and committing gross acts of violence against the weak, the rich elitists taking from the poor lower-class, the powerful violating the human rights of the masses and ruling with a brutal iron fist.

Every day is the possibility to act the vicious, lowly beast!

It’s a choice as we stand here teetering on the world we are injected into.

The angel and the beast fight within us.

Our souls yearn to emulate the spirit of our Holy Creator, while our bodies look for raw physical and material satisfaction.

It is truly a battle that rages within us, and can tear any or all of us apart.

Yet, our mission is for good to overcome evil–in everyday small and large ways.

To fight the urges that torment us and to rise, rise, with the wings of an angel to reach our potential and fulfill our destiny. 😉

The UNITED States of America

Flag.jpeg

Continuing the theme of unity…

I really liked this amazing American flag.

Instead of stars, it has the abbreviations for all 50 states.

Imagine what we can accomplish if we all learn to love each other and band together again.

And know for sure what will happen it this hate and infighting continues.

Unfortunately, there seems to be selfish forces of corruption and evil at play.

Put the country first.

By all means disagree and constructively criticize.

Influence things for the good.

Work together and solve problems.

And let’s try to be the UNITED States once again!

Parting Shot By An Anti-Semite

evil

So today, Obama took his hateful and corrupt parting shot at our friend and ally, Israel.

Colluding with the Palestinians on a nonsensical, UNjust resolution that the Jewish Temple Mount in Jerusalem is not Jewish and condemning Israel settlements in the West Bank–Judea and Samaria–that Israel duly won in the 1967 Six Day War for it’s very survival and for which the Palestinians rejected in multiple proposed peace deals by Israel.

How absolutely absurd that Obama and the United Nations with blood on their hands for the last 5 years, left more than half a million people to be slaughtered mercilessly in Syria, with millions more wounded, displaced, and as refugees, yet they saw to pick on Israel and condemn them one more time today.

For his eight years in Office, Obama has consistently shown himself an utter hater of the Holy Land and Jews, just over 70 years since the genocidal Holocaust.

From his first international speech in Egypt in 2009 to his refusal to say the words “radical Islam” and his blaming of Christians for the terror attacks against them.

He befriended Iran, who threatens annihilation of Israel and is the arch enemy of the United States–removing sanctions on Iran and releasing $150 billion that Iran is using for terror.

Obama oversaw the disrespectful and horrible name-calling of the Prime Minister of Israel as a chickensh*t.

Then again, Obama abruptly snubbed the Israel Prime Minister and left him to go have dinner and then made him leave the White House from the back door.

During the 2014 war with terrorist organization, Hamas, Obama withheld needed weapons from the State of Israel.

Even in signing a 10-year arms deal with Israel, Obama made sure to cap the giving by forcing Israel to sign that they would give back anything extra that the U.S. Congress may try to give them above and beyond that over the next decade.

Shamefully, Obama even oversaw the UN Human Rights Council ridiculously brand the free and democratic Israel as the worst human rights offender as Israel is the one besieged by surrounding nations and terror organizations directing barrages of missiles, terror tunnels, homicide bombings, shootings, knifings, and vehicular terror attacks against their civilian population centers.

His hatred for Israel even went so far as to threaten to shoot down Israeli jets that would possibly attack Iran’s nukes targeting them as an existential threat.

While over the course of his administration, Obama was utterly weak and ineffective in front of mighty Russia and China (forgetting all red lines) and even prostrated himself before the likes of the belligerent mullahs of Iran and the warmongering dictator of North Korea, he continuously picked on and bullied tiny democratic Israel (the size of New Jersey).

Fortunately this unscrupulous, anti-Semitic regime will be gone in a few weeks and with it the sick Israel-hate that it brought to the esteemed White House and the global stage–and it’s good, good riddance, for sure. 😉

What Do We Fear More?

halloween

So it’s Halloween tomorrow.

It’s a holiday to remember those that have passed.

In modern times, it has become a holiday of ghosts and ghouls, spooky and scary.

People dress up often in ghastly costumes, party hearty, and go door to door, trick or treat.

With fright night, I ask myself, are we more afraid of what we don’t understand from the spirit world or perhaps of what do understand from people in this life?

Certainly, the supernatural and the spirits–elements of what’s awaiting for us on the other side are things we don’t really have tangible experience with or understand…we are afraid of the unknown.

But in this world, we are familiar and encounter bad people and deeds, and unfortunately have to deal with them, but it never becomes easier or less scary to confront these.

Sure, we understand that not everyone is good, and not everyone has the best impulse control–people do rotten, horrible things for selfishness and greed or simply because they can’t stop themselves.

How scary is it to run into and have to deal with people that can and will do almost anything–maybe without a conscious thought or remorse for doing wrong…perhaps, they might even enjoy hurting others, taking what doesn’t belong to them, forcing their will or themselves on others, and doing unthinkable acts of crazed violence and evil.

We are definitely afraid of people like this…they are out of control, and don’t add up for those of us who think in terms of a soul, conscience, an everyday moral compass, and a seeing and hearing L-rd above

So life is scary, but death awaits us all as well.

And as my dad used to say, no one has ever come back to tell us what happens over there.

He had the most faith of anyone I know, and I understand we are supposed to have faith that we are going to a better place, but like coming out of the mother’s womb into this world, when we die, we are coming out into a whole new place altogether.

New things are scary and going from the physical world to the spiritual one, I assume can also be a little earth shattering–where exactly are we going and how will we be judged when we get there?

Of course, I hope that I will be with my family and with G-d and bask in his eternal light.

Thus for me, I find myself less scared of ghosts and metaphysical things, but the evil that people can bring, behind ghoulish smiles and with hidden agendas, telling lies and fooling us of their evil intent, that is scarier than any ghost or goblin, any time of year on Earth or beyond. 😉

One Mean Election

trump

Three cheers for one of the worst elections ever.

American politics sinking to new lows.

This poster yesterday plastered all over Washington D.C.

“Bully Culprit”

Denigrating, bashing, hurting, and humiliating other people whether we like them or not is wrong.

– What happened to agreeing to disagree?

– What happened to being civil and mannered?

– What happened to “when they go low, we go high”?

Power is such a motivator.

Greed, according to the Buddhists is one of the “three poisons,” along with ignorance and hate.

These lead to evil and suffering and prevent the attainment of enlightenment.

Desire and wanting something so much that you will do anything for it, thinking you deserve it, and being overconfident that you will get are a weakness of character and leadership.

Yesterday, Putin said about our election hysteria, “Is America some kind of banana republic?”

Is this really the type of darkness (and not light) to the world we want to show ourselves as.

We are continuing to go in the wrong direction and away from enlightenment and good–especially when there is so much work for us to still be done. 😉

Money Makes The World Go Round

almight-money-worship

I remember from years ago hearing this song called, “Money makes the world go around.”

It’s an unfortunate song.

“The clinking clanking clunking sound.”

Then this week, I saw this sign in someone’s office.

It was hung under a framed dollar bill, and said:

“VERY IMPORTANT MONEY FIRST”

It doesn’t say G-d first, or family, or integrity, or compassion, or anything meaningful and good.

No, instead just money.

What is wrong with people?

Yes, we all need money to live.

Life isn’t free.

There are bills to pay and money to be saved for a rainy day.

But, “money first”???

“Very important!”

There is definitely something wrong with some people’s values.

They think:

To hell with doing the right thing if you can make lots of money.

To hell with being honest in business if you can make more money.

To hell with earning a decent day’s pay for an honest day’s work.

No, to some misguided people, it’s simply money first.

And money also means power.

More, more, more…at almost any cost that is.

Sell your souls to the devil for a buck fifty.

Is the temporary satisfaction that money can buy you really worth it.

No, money is not first, and never should be.

Money is a means to an end, but never an end in itself.

Money is not the root of all evil, but perhaps underlying greed is.

Take that awful sign down and the dollar bill in the shiny frame at the very top of the wall too! 😉

Anti-Semitism From Obama To The World

Obama shakes hands with Netanyahu as they sit down to meet in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington

Olympics

This is what happens when President Obama sets a blatantly anti-semitic tone to his presidency by for example, snubbing at the White House the outreached hand of our ally and friend, Israel.

Subsequently, at the Rio Olympics this week, Egypt (right) snubs Israel (left) in the very same way.

Racism and hatred is a contagious disease of the heart, mind, and soul.

And this is especially the case, when racism and hatred emanate from the very top–the leader of the free world–the diametric opposite of true leadership by example and with integrity.

In this case, President Obama has numerous times displayed his outrageous anti-Semitic leanings making the Prime Minister of Israel exit out the back door of the White House, refusing to host him for dinner, to meet with him, or even shake his hand, and condones his administration calling him disgusting vile names.

Nations and people can disagree and they can still be the best of friends and allies, but Obama has chosen to display his very tangible anti-Semitism throughout his administration, and then culminated it with his dangerous nuclear deal and love affair with the Iranian regime, the #1 state sponsor of terrorism and human rights abuses worldwide.

Racism and hatred begets more racism and hatred in the world. It is an unleashing of evil between different peoples, instead of a bonding and brotherhood of all people.

Just look at the unfortunate effects in terms of racial divisiveness, global terrorism, civil war and coups, resurgent Russian and Chinese militaries, and the horrific impacts of violence, destruction, and refugees around the world today.

When the esteemed President declares it’s okay to hate–less than 70 years after the genocidal Holocaust that murdered 6 million Jews–then unfortunately it’s open season once again.

From The White House to the Olympics…President Obama has set a shameful, hate-filled anti-Semitic tone for his 8-year presidency.

Let us hope and pray that the next President is one that is not only a genuine solid leader, but also a good, decent, and loving human being. 😉
