Short Man Tall Man, What Do You Say

This was a comical picture.

Almost like from Dr. Seuss.

Short man and tall man.

Actually a whole step taller.

Guy on the left, little stubby legs.

One on the right, long long legs.

When you’re on a ladder, I guess it doesn’t matter.

Standing Tall

Thought this was a pretty cool statue at Baltimore Penn Station.

No people though on a Sunday or because of COVID-19.

I imagine this is what a ghost town looks like.

The statues stand tall but the remnants of the people are hiding in shelters.

End of times or a new beginning…we’ll see. 😉

The King And Queen

King And Queen

Took this photo of these two Chinese porcelain statues.

They remind me of royalty–a king and queen.

They stand so tall, proud, and elegant.

Together on the mantel, they make a wonderful centerpiece to the room.

I like the contrast colors–him in tan and she is white with the accent colors on their robes.

His grasp on the long beaded necklace and her open fan give them a air of motion and life.

Yet, the faces are calm and balanced.

These are awesome pieces of art work.

Don’t know what they are worth, but to me they have value of beauty. 😉

A Giant On The Terrace

A Giant On The Terrace

Passing a building and looking up at the terraces, how could you not notice this giant dude?

Larger than life and looking like he is holding up the terrace above.

This is no simple scarecrow.

But a formidable member of the Redskins.

For me, I’d like the GI Joe version for my property. 😉
