Dunkin’ Mugs

I love my new Dunkin’ Coffee Mugs.

Got one in each color: blue and orange.

Inside the mugs, there is a finger sign “V” (for victory) and it says “Be Awesome”.

These oversized mugs are so happy and I can’t wait to fill ’em up.

And they really do make me ready to “Wake Up” for a brand new day. 😉

What’s With The Water

Water.jpeg

At this time of some major hurricanes hitting the USA (first Harvey, and now approaching IRMA and Jose)…

I have been remembering from the other day when I was in the pool, but I had a very different experience from usual.

Yes, I was swimming hard and disciplined doing my laps.

But my mind decided to focus on the water.

Just the water…nothing else.

I literally blanked out the world around me…no pool, no exercise, no other people, no current events, no random thoughts.

I just put all my senses unto the water itself.

The cool softness of the water as it glided over my hands and body.

The subtle resistance of the water, yet the buoyancy it provided.

The waves and current as the water flowed around my body moving crisply through it.

The healing purity of the water physically and spiritually.

I imagined the clearest and cleanest water, and how it quenches our thirst and washes everything in the world clean again.

Water, earth, wind and fire…the wisdom and perfection of them and us cannot possibly be random events, but they are testament to the genius of our Creator.

Thank you G-d especially for the water in the time, place, and amount that is for a blessing–and as a series of strong hurricanes continue to roar towards your people, let it be merciful.

Reconstituting The Water Of Antarctica

Antarctica.png

So Antarctica is the 5th largest continent of 7 in the world.

It is 5.4 million square miles, and it is larger than both Europe and Australia.

But it has only a temporary population of 5,000 people, mainly researchers.

About 70% of the world’s fresh water is held in the Antarctic ice sheet, which is 90% of all the world’s ice.

And the ice there extends 7,000 feet thick.

If all the ice would melt, the global sea levels would rise 2,000 feet!

Despite 95% of models over the last 30 years predicting the ice sheet melting due to global warming, it actually continues to expand.

It’s a paradox for the science community, but one of the explanations is that as ice shelves break off, they actually forms a protective barrier for the new ice being formed along the main ice landmass.

Even with global warming, the average temperature in Antarctica is still -35 degrees Fahrenheit, and most parts never get above freezing.

So here’s an idea–rather than fear global warming, is there an opportunity to use it and advance it, if only we can channel the effects of it for the good of humanity.

The Antarctic Treaty System prevents nuclear weapons explosion there, but wouldn’t that be a cool way to melt some ice and get some fresh drinking water for this thirsty planet or even to somehow move to MARS for colonization there?

Also, we could place solar mirrors in space to redirect sunlight to melt the ice–that’s either some probably some pretty big mirrors or the dispersion ray of a space laser(s).

The key now is to get the water to where you want it to go and not to destroy by massive flood our worldwide seaboard cities–and that’s where a mass molecular transporter comes along.

There is still much to discover and invent, but when it’s done, I think we will definitely be heading to Mars and beyond.

Really, we have to, there is no other long-term survival choice for humankind.

And perhaps, G-d placed the survival pod for us right under our feet at literally, the southern most point of the world, Antarctica! 😉

Everyone Drinks

Everyone Drinks

So this is a water fountain on steroids.

Not 1, not 2, but 3 drinking spouts.

Adults, children, and even pets can all get theirs.

And at the same time…no one goes thirsty!

So simple, yet why make people wait and take turns.

Drink everyone, drink to efficiency. 😉

Owl Mugs

Owl Mugs.jpeg

Just wanted to share these three new owl mugs we got.

One is orange, one is brown, and one is light blue.

The eyes are adorable on these cups.

It’s almost like a family the way they look together.

All the other coffee/tea cups we have are now officially obsolete.

These are the only ones getting any thirsty attention. 😉

Thirsty And Hungry

Moms Drink2
I took this photo today of this funny banner hanging out a thoroughfare window in Washington, D.C.

This big 6 feet banner says “Moms Drink For Free.”

So not sure, is it a special running at the local bar for the holidays or a wish by a bunch of mom’s looking to get toasted?

Now, look carefully to the right, and you can see in the next window the messaging continues and it says “+ Send 1 Pizza.”

So these “moms” are not only thirty but apparently hungry too–they want pizza and brew!

Not sure to what happened to “moms” just being normal mothers and good role models, and not hanging their menu cravings out the window in downtown. 😉
