@Hagerstown Outlets

We went shopping today at the Hagerstown Outlets.

Two things struck me:

1) The deals on beautiful brand name clothing was unbelievable!

2) So many stores have closed during Covid; what a darn shame what’s happened to our small businesses.

Anyway, it’s an adventure to go to the outlets, and hard not to spend when the deals are all around you.

The best is to get gifts for the people you love!  πŸ˜‰

Seeing It Through Glass

This was a nice glass display at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Somehow they make everything look so cool.

The designer clothing from floor to ceiling doesn’t hurt.

But seeing it through the lens of these glass balls only adds to the pricey out-of-world experience. πŸ˜‰

Colorful Balloons

What a beautiful unique porcelain statue.

A lady with a baby and a bouquet of colorful balloons.

Really like how the colors of the balloons accent her shawl, scarf, and dress.

Even the dreary “olden days” are made more cheery with these colorful balloons.

I’ll take a dozen of those today and every day for a good while to come! πŸ˜‰

Magical Blue Pendant

Thought this blue pendant was just magical!

Beautiful blue color and love the inlaid design over it.

Middle eastern style and it’s a standout!

There is mystery, eloquence, and even some unapologetic sexiness to it.  πŸ˜‰

Nice Country Hats

Men and women of many religions cover their hair for modesty.

On display were some nice, colorful, country-style hats for women.

Head coverings in church, mosque or synagogue, are a way to express modesty and humbleness before G-d.

Also, we cover our hair/head, more generally, to remember that G-d is above us, watching and guiding us always.

Modest, humble, and G-d fearing–a hat is a potent symbol of faith.Β  πŸ˜‰

They got color, the got height, and they got pizazz!Β

But can you walk in them and not fall on your face?

Only the graceful survive!  πŸ˜‰

Earning Respect!

Great Under Armour Shirt!

From the saying of Dwight Johnson, “The Rock”:

Blood, sweat, and respect.  First two you give.  Last one you earn.

Yes, we respect all people in a humanistic way, but real respect is earned based on what a person does!

Blood and sweat means you’re putting out, and trying your best to achieve something.

Make sure your efforts are going to something worthwhile.

Helping people!

Doing your responsibilities!

Being a good influence!

Honoring the Master of the Universe!

That’s how you earn R-e-s-p-e-c-t. πŸ˜‰
