My wife said she was inspired by me and something I said over the weekend.
She created this meme based on what I said.
I couldn’t be happier.
And my dear dad would be proud! đ
Please see my new article in The Times of Israel called “Leadership With Heart.”âLeadership with Heartââyouâll see this as my byline for my Times of Israel blog, and which I also use daily under my signature line in my professional emails. To me, it represents my goal of becoming a leader and doing it with a âlev tahorâ (pure heart), represented as much as possible to others through good thoughts, words, and deeds.
In terms of impact, I was pleasantly surprised recently when at least three different people came up to me after I did or said something, and they responded with something like, âOh, I get it. Thatâs what âLeadership with Heartâ means in your tagline.â I canât tell you how happy that made me to hear that. I wasnât just saying it, but acting it, and others noticed it positively.

Thought this was a pretty picture of the Washington Monument.
Marble Obelisk that stands tall and proud against the clear blue sky in the nation’s capital
Inspiring and hopeful for the future, if people don’t blow the opportunities for collaboration and progress. đ

I like these geometric shapes sort of just hanging out there.
They’re interesting in that they speak to a person, but it’s left up to your imagination what they are actually saying.
Feels a little futuristic and from alien space.
Words may mean nothing, but shapes can be a universal language.
Go figure! đ

Is there a leader in the house?
Anyone, anyone a leader here…
I need to find a leader.
Someone who I can look up to.
Who feels deeply, compassionately, and honestly cares about others.
With faith and integrity, and who does the right thing, regardless.
They inspire, rarely tire, and seek to make us all more than we otherwise are.
Imbued with discerning insight and an ageless wisdom.
Carrying forth a great vision, and a path and passion to get us there.
They bring unity, and stand alongside each and every one of us.
Never an autocrat, a bureaucrat, or a stinkin’ rat.
Just someone who is a genuine leader. đ
